Our team consists of 30 skilled workmen and 10 highly experienced engineers and managers, all of whom are committed to delivering excellence in every project. Specializing in customized fabrication, we provide tailor-made solutions as per customer drawings and specifications.

Our Expertise in welding is a cornerstone of our operations. We specialize in WPS, PQR, and WPQ certifications, adhering to the strict standards of ASME Section IX. We Manufacture our products using a variety of high-grade materials, including Carbon Steel (SA 515/60, 516/70, IS 2002, IS 2062) and Stainless Steel (AISI 304/L, 410, 316, 321, 321H, 310), tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. Each product is designed for long-term durability, reliability, and optimal performance in harsh industrial environments.

Our core specialization lies in welding, with a focus on WPS, PQR, and WPQ certifications as per ASME Section IX standards. We have ambitious goals to be recognized as a leading player in the global process equipment sector.
We manufacture and supply customized fabricated equipment according to client specifications and drawings. Our extensive fabrication capabilities include Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Chemical Reactors, Boiler Chimneys, Storage Tanks, Process Equipment, Mixing Tanks, Centrifuges, and Jacketed Reaction Vessels. These products serve a wide range of industries, including Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Agro, Food, and other Process Industries, catering to customers in India and worldwide.
We work with various materials, including Carbon Steel (such as SA 515/60, 516/70, IS 2002, and IS 2062) and Stainless Steel (such as AISI 304/L, 410, 316, 321, 321H, and 310), tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Process inspection

  • We follow ASME Sect. IX for Welding.

  • WPS, PQR & WPQ as per section IX available for verification.

  • Qualification as per BS EN 288-3:1992 or DIN 28005 is possible.

  • All measuring & monitoring devices are calibrated.

Inspection & Testing Capabilities

  • Radiographic examination – In house under the name Pune NDT Services

  • Liquid Penetrant Examination

  • Pressure Test

  • Ultrasound Examination

  • Magnetic Particle Examination

Material Of Construction

  • Carbon steel – IS2062, SA36, SA516 Gr.70, St37, St52, A105, A106 etc.

  • Stainless Steel – SS304, SS316, SS310, SS410 etc.

  • Material thicknesses used = 3 mm to 100mm

Metallurgical Testing

  • Ultimate Tensile Testing

  • Bend Test

  • Impact Test

  • Macroscopic & Microscopic Examination

  • All above testing facilities are hired
